A single page daily sales doc for dealership managers and executives
The daily sales doc is one-page scorecard shared as an image in the body of an email, sent to managers and excutives via email, first thing in the morning. The report itself is not unique, as the information can also be obtained directly from the DMS or other software. It was developed to make information more easily accessible and consistent allowing for a quick review of key information to become a habit. Without the report, important information was not reviewed consistently, causing some managers to be reactive rather than proactive.
